- Deliveries for Message and a Bottle
are to UK mainland addresses.
- To order you must be aged 18 or
over
- Supply is of one or more bottles
and accessories, as described in product details, securely packed
in plain, robust cartons, with a hand written gift-tag attached.

- All prices shown are in pounds
Sterling and are fully inclusive of Value added Tax, Postage and
Packing. A VAT receipt will be sent to the ordering address together
with Credit/Debit card slip after Despatch.
- Delivery is via Royal Mail Special
Delivery or Business-Post and normally takes 2 to 4 working
days. Orders are normally collated overnight and despatched
next working day. (Working days are classed as Monday to Friday
and excludes UK Bank Holidays and others as prescribed)
- Credit/Debit card details will
be checked together with valid address information prior to despatch.
- Order queries will be Emailed to
the ordering Email address prior to despatch. Order confirmation
will be Emailed to the ordering Email address following despatch

- All products are normally available
from stock, however we reserve the right to replace out of stock
items with an alternative of similar or higher value and quality
at the same price. Descriptions correct at time of publication
however may vary at producers discretion
- Breakages. Full
refund (or replacement) will be made upon receipt of goods in
original packing, within 7 days of despatch. Returns details attached
to all shipments. No refund/replacements for emptied bottles!
- Returns. Full
refund of order value less postage, packaging, and administration
costs will be made upon receipt of goods, in good condition and
preferably in original packing, within 7 days of despatch. Returns
details attached to all shipments.
- Goods undeliverable.
All deliverers will leave a card if recipients unavailable and
after a suitable period if goods not called for return to sender
(Melton Wines). In this case originator of order will be emailed
and offered two alternatives. Either to re-send goods to original,
or new, address at cost of postage, packaging, and administration
costs or refund as Returns above.
